All handbags purchased from Quinetrax are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Items received with production-related damage

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Offer store credit or an alternative resolution where appropriate

5. Processing Time

Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required information has been received.

If a replacement, refund, or store credit is approved, we will provide further instructions via email.

6. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and applies only to handbags purchased directly from Quinetrax. The warranty does not extend beyond the remedies expressly stated in this policy.
